These 2 BR units will be availble to qualifying low to moderate-income households at below market rent prices through the City of Somerville's Inclusionary Housing Program. These 2 BR units are avaible to households at or below 80% of area median income. If you currently have a rental subsidy you can of course use it for these units however, additional subsidies are not included.  For all affordable units, the rent is reduced from market rent. Tenants are responsible for paying full amount of rent and utilities each month. Please note utilities will fluctuate depending on tenant usage. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. They include water and sewer, heating is natural gas and water heating, and stove is electric. Pets are not allowed unless service animal with verification is provided.
