The Prescott in Concord offers moderate income 1, 2, and 3 bedroom luxury apartments.  Our 1 bedrooms are currently $1,667 per month.  Our 2 bedrooms are $1,847 per month with some select units offered at $1,747.  Our three bedrooms are currently not available, however, please contact us about our waitlist.  We currently have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available!  

The Prescott in Concord offers luxury apartment homes with open concepts, generous closet space, dramatic views and modern-style kitchens creating a touch of character! You will love to cook in your sleek kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, granite countertops, and beautiful wood-finished floors. Please contact Deanna at our leasing office (contact info listed below) and submit a completed and signed Rental Application and Qualification Acknowledgment for each adult applicant (attached above), along with a $500 holding deposit (money orders are not accepted). Additionally, you will need to provide a proof of income that shows you fall within income guidelines of the program, based on your desired bedroom size and the size of your household. (see above) Once you are approved through our rental screening, you will need to be income certified by our compliance consultants per our program guidelines. If you complete the application and submit all required documentation in a timely manner, then the approval process should only take a couple of weeks.
