New Falls Apartments is accepting applications for a lottery for the 2, 3, and 4 bedroom waiting lists. Applications will be available from April 1, 2017 through May 31, 2017 and can be obtained by mail or in person at 2281 Washington Street Newton, MA 02462 from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays or by calling 617-244-7781. Applications must be dropped off, postmarked or faxed to 617-244-9171 no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 31st, 2017. A lottery to determine placement on the waiting lists will be scheduled at a future date. Please contact us for more information or a Reasonable Accommodation for applicants with disabilities. The waitlist is currently open for one bedroom elderly or disabled applicants.
