Broadway Street Apartments will be accepting applications for an available 2 & 3 bedroom Section 8 family housing unit under the supportive housing initiative. Eligible applicants must be currently homeless and will be placed onto a list by random order & selected via a lottery, not by the order in which the completed application is received.
Applications can be picked up beginning 1/22 thru 1/31/19, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm at: Merrimack Valley Apartments, 20 Calumet Rd., Methuen or by downloading it online at PeabodyProperties.com; or requested by phone at 978.686.9334. NOTE: Applications will not be sent/received by fax or e-mail. Deadline: Applications must be received/postmarked by 2/2/19. Applications received after this date will not be accepted for the lottery. The lottery selection will be held on 2/12/19 at 10 a.m. at Merrimack Valley Apts., 20 Calumet Rd., Methuen. You do not need to be in attendance for the selection process.
All applicants must be determined eligible in accordance with the Department of HUD maximum income guidelines, household size & occupancy standards for a 2 & 3 bedroom size unit.
