The Rent

Rent is subject to annual change based on any changes to local Area Median Income (AMI) and utilities. Rents do not change based on each applicant’s income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher already or similar). Tenants will be responsible for paying natural gas (heat, cooking, and hot water) and electric, estimated to average $97/month. Water, sewer, and trash collection are included in rent.
