| Development Description: | Property Description (as provided by the Seller) Turtle Brook Condominium is a community approved for eighty (80) new construction 2-bedroom condominiums (Turtle Brook Condominium) being developed in conjunction with an abutting and related development of four (4) single family residential homes (Pequit Estates) in Canton, Massachusetts. The project is being developed by Pequit Development Partners, LLC located in Canton, Massachusetts. The project is situated on a total site originally consisting of approximately 63 acres. Turtle Brook Condominium is located on approximately 14 acres and the Pequit Estates lots are on approximately 4 acres, with the balance of the original site being preserved as open space, most of which has been deeded to the Town of Canton Conservation Commission with conservation restrictions thereon. The affordable units are all located in Turtle Brook Condominium and will consist of twenty one 2 bedroom condominiums. Five of the affordable units are being marketed by first come first serve basis at this time. Additional lottery(ies) will be conducted at future dates to market the remaining affordable units. The affordable unit sizes are approximately 1,175-1,200 square feet, depending upon the particular unit. Affordable unit amenities include dishwasher, gas hot water heater, gas stove, kitchen cabinets and vanities, linoleum flooring in kitchens, tiled bathroom floors and carpeting in the remaining living areas, forced hot air by gas heating system, one assigned surface parking space with other unassigned parking, prewiring for telephone, cable, rear patio or deck, washer/dryer hookup and two baths. Some units have an unfinished basement, and others are slab construction with no basement. Bedrooms are located on the second floor level. Site amenities include tot lot, surrounding conservation areas for walking and hiking. The site is located along Pequit and York Brooks and is surrounded on several sides by conservation land. |
