Homes are priced up to $140,000 with the final price and mortgage term set to ensure the selected Partner-Family’s housing costs do not exceed 30% of their total income. Monthly payments may range from $700 - $1,100 which include total monthly housing costs including mortgage, taxes and utilities depending on the length of the mortgage.
Income Eligibility is up to 50% area median income adjusted for family size. Income eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. See chart below for details.

4. A first time home buyer (some exceptions apply; call for information).
